The King Suite offered a comfortable atmosphere and a pleasant interior pool, making it an appealing choice. However, the experience was marred by a broken pool heater and unhelpful staff at the bar, which overshadowed the positive aspects of my stay. After spending $350 for two rooms, the lack of follow-up on service complaints and the absence of promised vouchers for a free lunch left me feeling underwhelmed.

The atmosphere in the atrium was inviting. I wish the elevator wait times were shorter. Overall, a nice stay with room for improvement.
